A huge part of life is full of exploring. Having the freedom to search and discover the world and all that is in it can enhance your love of life and plans for the future. Embracing the wonders of the world in front of us and seeing from different perspectives.
We can use different tools to be able to see more than from our own eyes, we can visit new places, learn new skills to travel further. using all our senses can also be a great way to explore our world through colours, textures, smells and tastes. how else will we know what we like and dislike without exploring and experiencing different parts of the world.

Camera

A camera is a great tool for capturing moments in time. often life can move very quickly and its a great way to slow time down a little and view life even after events have happened.
Magnifying glass

A Magnifying glass is fantastic for inspecting and viewing smaller items and creatures that may be found within gardens, forests or beaches.
Telescope

If anybody is really into space a telescope is a great method of viewing the stars and seeing more of the outer world with our own eyes. A telescope can be used to view more of the world from a distance similarly to binoculars.
Microscope

A microscope helps us to view what is way to small for our eyes to be able to see. Fibers, Microbe's and even tiny insects that we didn't even know were there are now visible through the microscope.
Video

Videos are great as you can even edit out the boring bits and create wonderful video projects with lots of your discoveries throughout the day.
Sketch Book

Documenting what you have found and seen is a great way to help you remember. you can write notes or draw pictures and annotate them for lots of extra details about how it made you feel.
Places to visit
Forests

Forests are amazing places to view many different organisms. Every tree and leaf is different. The bugs and animals that live here will be different than in the open fields. In England we have pine forests and oak forests but in other country's you can find bamboo forests.
Beach's

A beach has many different element. Grasses, Sands, cliffs, oceans, Lakes and rock pools and animals hide all over. We just have to look and take in the beauty of all the elements we often miss.
City's

City's can be loud and very busy but they contain some amazing architecture. From sky scrappers to small houses and temples with so much detail up close and so many angles from a distance. A city can be a beautiful place to capture.
Castles

A great way to view castles and old houses could be through the national trust or English heritage subscriptions. They have medieval and Victorian buildings all over the UK.
Countryside

Different areas of the world have very different countrysides. In England we have areas that are very flat but also areas that are very curved and bumpy. Different country's also grow lots of different flowers and have very varied wild life.
Farms

Farms are a great way to get up close and personal with animals. Some farm parks may even have animal holding sessions that can be very exciting.
Caves

Caves can be magical with crystals growing and sparkling from the ceilings. Some may have boat rides along the waters inside. Some caves are underwater and scuba diving is necessary. Every cave is different.
Mountains

Mountains all over the world are so different. some mountains are so high they always have snow on the top. some you must take oxygen tanks up as the air is so thin. Mountains are used for activities such as skiing or rock climbing.
