Its Fun To Bee Home Educated at
The Bee Hive Hub
Our aim is to help bring the love of learning to Home Educating Family's around the UK by providing resources and inspiring new ideas for both young and old.

What is Home Education?
The answer 'to educate your child at home' may have come to mind, however this simple explanation can then be misinterpreted into thinking that you must 'school' at home. Many family's mix up home-schooling with home-education. Our understanding, however, is that we are educating our children away from school. Sending your child to school, and home-schooling may work for many parents but those who choose to home-educate find different innovative ways to teach and learn together in many different environments. Learning in Nature, Life Learning, Traveling, Expressing yourself and Exploring your own interests, for instance, create a new way for your children to learn and to love what they are learning about. Often reading and writing may still be a sit down activity, but why not do this for a small portion of the day in a more comfortable setting that suits each child's needs rather than at a desk.
Every home-educated family has a different journey and we are here for that. We cant wait to help Inspire you to explore and achieve much more in the world of home-education.
